  • 2 lb Pork loin
  • 4 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh thyme, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the minced garlic, olive oil, rosemary, thyme, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Rub the garlic herb mixture all over the pork loin.
  4. Place the pork loin in a baking dish and roast in the preheated oven for about 60 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
  5. Let the pork loin rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
