- 4 pieces Pork Chops bone-in or boneless
- 3 cloves Garlic minced
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Dried Thyme
- 1 teaspoon Dried Rosemary
- 1 teaspoon Salt or to taste
- 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground
1. Preheat your skillet over medium-high heat and add olive oil.
2. Season pork chops with salt, pepper, thyme, and rosemary.
3. Add pork chops to the skillet and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
4. Add minced garlic to the skillet and cook for another minute.
5. Check the internal temperature of the pork chops; they should be at least 145°F (63°C).
6. Remove from heat and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
