Main Ingredients
- 1 whole Chicken about 4 pounds
- 4 cloves Garlic minced
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 tablespoon Fresh Rosemary chopped
- 1 tablespoon Fresh Thyme chopped
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a small bowl, mix together the garlic, olive oil, rosemary, thyme, salt, and pepper.
Pat the chicken dry with paper towels. Rub the garlic herb mixture all over the chicken, including under the skin.
Place the chicken in a roasting pan and roast in the preheated oven for about 90 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
Let the chicken rest for 10 minutes before carving. Serve and enjoy!
