Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a large bowl, combine all vegetables and garlic.

Spread vegetables in a single layer on a baking sheet.
Roast in preheated oven for 30 minutes, stirring halfway through, until vegetables are tender and lightly browned.
