Garlic Mashed Cauliflower

Main Ingredients
- 1 head Cauliflower cut into florets
- 3 cloves Garlic minced
- ¼ cup Parmesan cheese grated
- 2 tablespoons Butter
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black pepper
1. Boil the cauliflower florets in a pot of salted water until tender, about 10 minutes.
2. Drain the cauliflower and let it sit in the strainer for a few minutes to remove excess water.
3. In a blender, combine the cauliflower, garlic, Parmesan cheese, butter, salt, and pepper. Blend until smooth and creamy.
4. Adjust seasoning to taste and serve hot.
