  • 1 lb Brussels sprouts trimmed and halved
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • ¼ cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, toss the Brussels sprouts with olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place the Brussels sprouts in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  4. Air fry for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until crispy and golden brown.
  5. Transfer to a serving bowl and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese. Serve immediately.
