Instructions

  2. Wash and dry kale thoroughly. Remove the stems and tear leaves into bite-sized pieces.
  3. In a large bowl, toss kale with olive oil, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and salt.
  4. Spread kale on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  5. Bake for 15 minutes or until crispy, turning halfway through.
