- ½ cup popcorn kernels
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 tablespoons butter melted
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon salt or to taste
Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the popcorn kernels and cover with a lid.
Once the popping slows down, remove the pot from heat. Transfer the popcorn to a mixing bowl.
Drizzle the melted butter over the popcorn. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and salt. Toss to coat evenly.
