Main Ingredients
- 2 lbs Potatoes sliced thin
- ¼ cup Olive Oil
- 4 cloves Garlic minced
- ½ cup Parmesan Cheese grated
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black Pepper
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
Add the sliced potatoes to the bowl and toss to coat evenly.
Arrange the potato slices in a baking dish, standing them upright.
Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the top.
Bake for 60 minutes or until the potatoes are golden and crispy.
