  • ¼ cup Olive Oil
  • 4 cloves Garlic minced
  • ½ cup Parmesan Cheese grated
  • to taste Salt

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add the sliced potatoes to the bowl and toss to coat evenly.
  4. Arrange the potato slices in a baking dish, standing them upright.
  5. Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the top.
  6. Bake for 60 minutes or until the potatoes are golden and crispy.
