Ingredients

  • 4 lb Lamb Leg bone-in
  • 4 cloves Garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh Rosemary chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the minced garlic, chopped rosemary, olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Rub the garlic-rosemary mixture all over the lamb leg.
  4. Place the lamb in a roasting pan.
  5. Roast in the preheated oven for about 90 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C) for medium-rare.
  6. Remove from the oven and let it rest for 15 minutes before carving.
