- 4 lb Lamb Leg bone-in
- 4 cloves Garlic minced
- 2 tablespoon Fresh Rosemary chopped
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a small bowl, mix together the minced garlic, chopped rosemary, olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
Rub the garlic-rosemary mixture all over the lamb leg.
Place the lamb in a roasting pan.
Roast in the preheated oven for about 90 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C) for medium-rare.
Remove from the oven and let it rest for 15 minutes before carving.
