  • 1 lb Shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 4 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 cup Bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 cup Broccoli florets

Instructions 

  1. Heat the olive oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the garlic and stir-fry for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Add the shrimp and cook until pink, about 2-3 minutes.
  4. Add the bell peppers and broccoli, and stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes.
  5. Pour in the soy sauce and stir well to combine. Cook for another minute.
  6. Serve hot over rice or noodles.
