Garlic Shrimp Stir-Fry

Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 4 cloves Garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 cup Bell peppers, sliced
- 1 cup Broccoli florets
Heat the olive oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
Add the garlic and stir-fry for 30 seconds until fragrant.
Add the shrimp and cook until pink, about 2-3 minutes.
Add the bell peppers and broccoli, and stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes.
Pour in the soy sauce and stir well to combine. Cook for another minute.
Serve hot over rice or noodles.
