German Brotchen Rolls Recipe
Traditional German rolls, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside.

Main Ingredients
- 500 g all-purpose flour
- 10 g salt
- 7 g active dry yeast
- 300 ml warm water
- 1 tablespoon sugar
In a mixing bowl, combine flour, salt, and yeast.
Add warm water and sugar, mix until a dough forms.
Knead the dough for about 10 minutes until smooth.
Cover the dough and let it rise for 1 hour.
Preheat the oven to 220°C (430°F).
Shape the dough into 12 rolls and place them on a baking sheet.
Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
