  • 7 g active dry yeast
  • 300 ml warm water
  • 1 tablespoon sugar

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, salt, and yeast.
  2. Add warm water and sugar, mix until a dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough for about 10 minutes until smooth.
  4. Cover the dough and let it rise for 1 hour.
  5. Preheat the oven to 220°C (430°F).
  6. Shape the dough into 12 rolls and place them on a baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
