  • 2 tablespoon honey
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley (optional)

Instructions 

  1. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
  2. Add the carrots and cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. Add honey, salt, and pepper. Stir to coat the carrots evenly.
  4. Reduce heat to low, cover, and cook for another 10-15 minutes, until carrots are tender.
  5. Garnish with chopped parsley if desired and serve.
