Ingredients 

Meatloaf

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1 Egg beaten
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 cup Milk

Glaze

  • ½ cup Ketchup
  • 2 tablespoon Brown Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, beaten egg, salt, black pepper, and milk. Mix well.
  3. Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in a baking dish.
  4. In a small bowl, mix together ketchup, brown sugar, and Worcestershire sauce. Spread this glaze over the meatloaf.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 60 minutes, or until the meatloaf is cooked through.
  6. Let the meatloaf rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
