Gluten-Free Bread Machine Recipe
This gluten-free bread is easy to make in a bread machine and perfect for those with gluten sensitivities.

Main Ingredients
- 1 cup Warm Water
- 3 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 3 pcs Eggs room temperature
- 1 teaspoon Apple Cider Vinegar
- 2.5 cups Gluten-Free All-Purpose Flour
- 2.5 teaspoon Xanthan Gum
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ¼ cup Sugar
- 2.5 teaspoon Active Dry Yeast
1. Add the warm water, olive oil, eggs, and apple cider vinegar to the bread machine pan.
2. Add the gluten-free flour, xanthan gum, salt, and sugar on top of the wet ingredients.
3. Make a small well in the dry ingredients and add the yeast.
4. Set the bread machine to the gluten-free setting, or a basic setting if it doesn't have one, and start.
5. Once the cycle is complete, remove the bread from the pan and let it cool completely before slicing.
