Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup Warm Water
  • 3 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 3 pcs Eggs room temperature
  • 1 teaspoon Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 2.5 cups Gluten-Free All-Purpose Flour
  • 2.5 teaspoon Xanthan Gum
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ cup Sugar
  • 2.5 teaspoon Active Dry Yeast

Instructions 

  1. 1. Add the warm water, olive oil, eggs, and apple cider vinegar to the bread machine pan.
  2. 2. Add the gluten-free flour, xanthan gum, salt, and sugar on top of the wet ingredients.
  3. 3. Make a small well in the dry ingredients and add the yeast.
  4. 4. Set the bread machine to the gluten-free setting, or a basic setting if it doesn't have one, and start.
  5. 5. Once the cycle is complete, remove the bread from the pan and let it cool completely before slicing.
