Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 3 large eggs, separated
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • ¼ cup gluten-free all-purpose flour
  • ¼ teaspoon baking powder
  • ¼ teaspoon cream of tartar
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Butter or oil for greasing

Instructions 

  1. Separate egg whites and yolks into two bowls.
  2. Add milk, flour, baking powder, and vanilla extract to the yolks. Mix until smooth.
  3. Beat egg whites with cream of tartar until frothy. Gradually add sugar and beat until stiff peaks form.
  4. Gently fold the egg whites into the yolk mixture.
  5. Heat a non-stick pan over low heat and grease with butter or oil.
  6. Spoon batter into the pan, cover, and cook for about 5-7 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.
