Ingredients 

Pancake Ingredients

  • 1 cup Gluten-Free Flour
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup Almond Milk or any lactose-free milk
  • 1 large Egg
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the gluten-free flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  2. In another bowl, whisk together the almond milk, egg, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract.
  3. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
  4. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat. Pour ¼ cup of batter onto the pan for each pancake.
  5. Cook until bubbles form on the surface of the pancake, then flip and cook until golden brown on the other side.
  6. Serve warm with your favorite toppings.
