Greekhouse Dressing Recipe
A delicious and easy-to-make Greek dressing that pairs well with salads.

Main Ingredients
- ½ cup Olive Oil
- ¼ cup Red Wine Vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
- 1 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon Oregano dried
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the olive oil, red wine vinegar, lemon juice, and Dijon mustard.
Add the minced garlic, dried oregano, salt, and freshly ground black pepper.
Whisk until well combined and emulsified.
Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week.
