Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine the cream of mushroom soup, milk, soy sauce, and black pepper.
Add the green beans and ⅔ cup of the French fried onions to the mixture. Stir to combine.
Pour the mixture into a baking dish and bake for 25 minutes.
Sprinkle the remaining French fried onions on top and bake for an additional 5 minutes, or until the onions are golden brown.
Remove from oven and let it sit for a few minutes before serving.
