Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup Green enchilada sauce
  • 1 cup Sour cream
  • 8 pieces Corn tortillas
  • 1 cup Shredded cheese
  • 1 cup Chopped cilantro

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, half of the green enchilada sauce, and sour cream.
  3. Fill each tortilla with the chicken mixture, roll them up, and place them seam-side down in a baking dish.
  4. Pour the remaining enchilada sauce over the top of the tortillas and sprinkle with shredded cheese.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  6. Garnish with chopped cilantro and serve hot.
