- 1 cup chopped spinach fresh or frozen
- 1 cup green chiles diced
- 1 cup shredded cheese cheddar or your choice
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 pie crust pre-made or homemade
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
Stir in chopped spinach, green chiles, and shredded cheese.
Pour mixture into pie crust.
Bake for 45 minutes or until the center is set and the top is golden brown.
