Green Chili Stew Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Pork shoulder cut into cubes
- 2 cups Chicken broth
- 1 cup Roasted green chilies chopped
- 1 large Onion diced
- 3 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon Cumin
- 1 teaspoon Oregano
- to taste Salt and pepper
1. In a large pot, brown the pork shoulder cubes over medium heat.
2. Add the diced onion and minced garlic, and cook until softened.
3. Stir in the roasted green chilies, cumin, and oregano.
4. Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a boil.
5. Reduce heat and simmer for 30-40 minutes, until the pork is tender.
6. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
