Salad Ingredients
- 4 cups mixed greens
- 1 cucumber, sliced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- ¼ red onion, thinly sliced
- ¼ cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
In a large bowl, combine mixed greens, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, and red onion.
Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
Toss to combine.
Top with feta cheese.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
