Ingredients

  • 2 cups Sushi Rice cooked and seasoned
  • 8 slices Bacon thick-cut
  • 1 piece Cucumber julienned
  • 1 piece Avocado sliced
  • 2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Wasabi

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. 2. Lay out the bacon slices on the grill and cook until crispy, about 5 minutes per side. Remove and let cool.
  3. 3. On a sushi mat, spread a layer of sushi rice.
  4. 4. Place the grilled bacon, cucumber, and avocado slices on top of the rice.
  5. 5. Roll the sushi tightly using the mat, then slice into pieces.
  6. 6. Serve with soy sauce and wasabi on the side.
