- 2 pieces Chicken Breasts boneless, skinless
- 1 cup Caesar Dressing
- 4 pieces Tortillas large
- 2 cups Romaine Lettuce chopped
- ½ cup Parmesan Cheese shredded
- 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes halved
1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
2. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
3. Grill the chicken for 5-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.
4. Let the chicken rest for a few minutes, then slice it into strips.
5. In a mixing bowl, combine the lettuce, Caesar dressing, Parmesan cheese, and cherry tomatoes.
6. Place a tortilla on a flat surface and add a portion of the salad mixture and sliced chicken.
7. Roll up the tortilla, slice in half, and serve.
