Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast, sliced
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 yellow onion, sliced
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 8 flour tortillas
  • Optional toppings: sour cream, guacamole, salsa, shredded cheese

Instructions 

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a bowl, mix olive oil, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Toss chicken, bell peppers, and onion in the spice mixture.
  4. Grill chicken and veggies for about 10-12 minutes, until cooked through.
  5. Warm tortillas on the grill for about 1 minute per side.
  6. Serve grilled chicken and veggies on tortillas with optional toppings.
