  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1 cup cucumber diced
  • ¼ cup red onion finely chopped
  • ¼ cup cilantro chopped
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
