Ingredients

  • 2 lbs flanken short ribs
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼ cup green onions, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds

Instructions 

  1. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, sesame oil, brown sugar, garlic, ginger, and black pepper.
  2. Marinate the ribs in the mixture for at least 1 hour.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Grill the ribs for about 3-4 minutes per side.
  5. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
