- 1 cup pineapple chunks
- 1 cup bell pepper chunks
- 1 cup zucchini slices
- 1 cup red onion chunks
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
Thread the pineapple, bell pepper, zucchini, and red onion onto skewers.
Brush the kabobs with olive oil and season with salt and black pepper.
Grill the kabobs for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until the vegetables are tender and slightly charred.
Serve immediately.
