  • 4 fillets Gulf shark about 6 oz each
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper freshly ground
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice freshly squeezed

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Brush the shark fillets with olive oil on both sides.
  3. Season the fillets with salt, black pepper, and minced garlic.
  4. Place the fillets on the grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
  5. Remove from the grill and drizzle with fresh lemon juice before serving.
