Main Ingredients
- 4 pieces Chicken Breasts boneless, skinless
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon Fresh Rosemary chopped
- 1 tablespoon Fresh Thyme chopped
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground
1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, chopped rosemary, chopped thyme, salt, and black pepper.
3. Add the chicken breasts to the bowl and coat them well with the herb mixture.
4. Place the chicken breasts on the grill and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.
5. Remove from the grill and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
