Ingredients

  • 4 fillets Salmon about 6 oz each
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Thyme
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, thyme, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Brush the salmon fillets with the lemon herb mixture.
  4. Place the salmon fillets on the grill, skin-side down. Grill for about 6-7 minutes per side, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
  5. Remove from grill and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
