Main Ingredients
- 4 fillets Salmon about 6 ounces each
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 Lemon juiced and zested
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
In a small bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper.
Brush the salmon fillets with the lemon mixture.
Place the salmon fillets on the grill, skin-side down. Grill for about 6-7 minutes per side, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
Remove from grill and serve immediately.
