Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Elbow macaroni
- 2 cups Shredded cheddar cheese
- ¼ cup Butter
- ¼ cup All-purpose flour
- 2 cups Milk
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Black pepper
1. Cook macaroni according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
2. In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in flour until smooth; gradually add milk. Bring to a boil, cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened.
3. Reduce heat; stir in cheese until melted. Add salt and pepper. Stir in macaroni and mix well.
4. Transfer to a greased baking dish. Place on the grill over medium heat. Cover and cook for 10-15 minutes or until heated through and lightly browned.
