Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Elbow macaroni
  • 2 cups Shredded cheddar cheese
  • ¼ cup Butter
  • ¼ cup All-purpose flour
  • 2 cups Milk
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook macaroni according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
  2. 2. In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in flour until smooth; gradually add milk. Bring to a boil, cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened.
  3. 3. Reduce heat; stir in cheese until melted. Add salt and pepper. Stir in macaroni and mix well.
  4. 4. Transfer to a greased baking dish. Place on the grill over medium heat. Cover and cook for 10-15 minutes or until heated through and lightly browned.
