  • 1 cup Mango diced
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Lime Juice freshly squeezed
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground

Instructions

  2. 2. In a mixing bowl, combine diced mango, olive oil, lime juice, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper.
  3. 3. Coat the chicken breasts with the mango mixture and let it marinate for at least 10 minutes.
