Instructions
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
Grill pineapple rings for 2-3 minutes on each side until grill marks appear.
Remove pineapple from grill and let cool. Dice into small pieces.
In a mixing bowl, combine diced pineapple, red bell pepper, red onion, cilantro, jalapeño, lime juice, and salt.
Mix well and serve immediately or refrigerate for later.
