Ingredients

  • 1 lb Shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 8 pieces Tortillas
  • 1 cup Shredded cabbage
  • 1 cup Pico de gallo
  • 0.5 cup Sour cream
  • 1 unit Lime, cut into wedges

Instructions 

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a mixing bowl, toss shrimp with olive oil, chili powder, cumin, and garlic powder.
  3. Grill shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side until pink and opaque.
  4. Warm tortillas on the grill for about 30 seconds per side.
  5. Assemble tacos by placing grilled shrimp on tortillas, then top with shredded cabbage, pico de gallo, and sour cream. Serve with lime wedges.
