Main Ingredients
- 4 fillets Salmon about 6 oz each
- ½ cup Soy Sauce
- ¼ cup Brown Sugar
- 2 tablespoon Honey
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon Ginger grated
- ¼ cup Water
- 1 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
1. In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, brown sugar, honey, garlic, ginger, water, and vegetable oil.
2. Place salmon fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
4. Grill the salmon for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
5. Brush the salmon with the remaining marinade during grilling for extra flavor.
