Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 fillets Salmon about 6 oz each
  • ½ cup Soy Sauce
  • ¼ cup Brown Sugar
  • 2 tablespoon Honey
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger grated
  • ¼ cup Water
  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable Oil

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, brown sugar, honey, garlic, ginger, water, and vegetable oil.
  2. 2. Place salmon fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. 3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  4. 4. Grill the salmon for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
  5. 5. Brush the salmon with the remaining marinade during grilling for extra flavor.
