Ingredients 

Tilapia

  • 4 fillets Tilapia
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper

Mango Salsa

  • 1 Mango, diced
  • 1 Red bell pepper, diced
  • 0.25 cup Red onion, finely chopped
  • 1 Jalapeño, seeded and minced
  • 2 tablespoon Cilantro, chopped
  • 1 Lime, juiced

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Brush the tilapia fillets with olive oil and season with salt and black pepper.
  3. Grill the tilapia for about 4-5 minutes on each side, until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
  4. While the fish is grilling, combine the mango, red bell pepper, red onion, jalapeño, cilantro, and lime juice in a mixing bowl. Toss to combine.
  5. Serve the grilled tilapia topped with the mango salsa.
