Grilled Tilapia with Mango Salsa

Tilapia
- 4 fillets Tilapia
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
Mango Salsa
- 1 Mango, diced
- 1 Red bell pepper, diced
- 0.25 cup Red onion, finely chopped
- 1 Jalapeño, seeded and minced
- 2 tablespoon Cilantro, chopped
- 1 Lime, juiced
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
Brush the tilapia fillets with olive oil and season with salt and black pepper.
Grill the tilapia for about 4-5 minutes on each side, until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
While the fish is grilling, combine the mango, red bell pepper, red onion, jalapeño, cilantro, and lime juice in a mixing bowl. Toss to combine.
Serve the grilled tilapia topped with the mango salsa.
