  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 Red Bell Pepper, sliced
  • 1 Yellow Bell Pepper, sliced
  • 1 Green Bell Pepper, sliced
  • 1 Red Onion, sliced
  • 8 Flour Tortillas

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  2. 2. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  3. 3. Add sliced bell peppers and red onion to the bowl and toss to coat evenly.
  4. 4. Grill vegetables for 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally, until tender and slightly charred.
  5. 5. Warm tortillas on the grill for about 30 seconds on each side.
  6. 6. Serve grilled vegetables on warm tortillas. Enjoy!
