Grilled Vegetable Pasta Salad

Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Pasta cooked and cooled
- 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes halved
- 1 cup Zucchini sliced
- 1 cup Bell Peppers sliced
- ¼ cup Olive Oil
- 2 tablespoon Balsamic Vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
- ¼ cup Fresh Basil chopped
1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and let cool.
2. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
3. Toss zucchini and bell peppers with a bit of olive oil, salt, and pepper. Grill until tender and slightly charred.
4. In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked pasta, grilled vegetables, cherry tomatoes, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper. Toss to combine.
5. Garnish with fresh basil before serving.
