Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Pasta cooked and cooled
  • 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes halved
  • 1 cup Zucchini sliced
  • 1 cup Bell Peppers sliced
  • ¼ cup Olive Oil
  • 2 tablespoon Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
  • ¼ cup Fresh Basil chopped

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and let cool.
  2. 2. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  3. 3. Toss zucchini and bell peppers with a bit of olive oil, salt, and pepper. Grill until tender and slightly charred.
  4. 4. In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked pasta, grilled vegetables, cherry tomatoes, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper. Toss to combine.
  5. 5. Garnish with fresh basil before serving.
