  • 1 cup Bell Peppers sliced
  • 1 cup Zucchini sliced
  • 1 cup Red Onion sliced
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 cup Feta Cheese crumbled
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Basil chopped

Instructions 

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a mixing bowl, toss the bell peppers, zucchini, and red onion with olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Grill the vegetables for about 5-7 minutes, until tender and slightly charred.
  4. Place the flatbreads on the grill and cook for 1-2 minutes on each side until warm and slightly crispy.
  5. Top each flatbread with grilled vegetables, crumbled feta cheese, and chopped fresh basil.
  6. Serve immediately and enjoy!
