Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground beef
  • 8 oz Egg noodles
  • 1 cup Beef broth
  • 1 cup Sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 medium Onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. 2. In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. 3. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet. Cook until the onion is translucent.
  4. 4. Stir in the beef broth, sour cream, and Worcestershire sauce. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  5. 5. Add the cooked noodles to the skillet. Mix well and cook for another 2-3 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
