Main Ingredients
- 2 large cucumbers thinly sliced
- ½ cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon dill chopped
- 1 pinch salt to taste
- 1 pinch pepper to taste
1. Thinly slice the cucumbers and place them in a mixing bowl.
2. Add sour cream, vinegar, sugar, chopped dill, salt, and pepper to the bowl.
3. Mix everything well until the cucumbers are evenly coated.
4. Let the salad sit for about 10 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
5. Serve chilled.
