  • 1 cup Milk Use any milk of your choice
  • ½ teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • ¼ teaspoon Black pepper powder
  • 1 teaspoon Honey Optional, for sweetness

Instructions 

  1. 1. Pour the milk into a saucepan and heat it over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add the turmeric powder and black pepper powder to the milk. Stir well.
  3. 3. Let the milk come to a gentle boil, then reduce the heat and simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  4. 4. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly. Add honey if using, and stir well.
  5. 5. Pour into a cup and enjoy warm.
