Ingredients

  • 1 lb Halibut fillets
  • 8 pieces Corn tortillas
  • 1 cup Shredded cabbage
  • ¼ cup Chopped cilantro
  • 1 piece Lime, cut into wedges
  • ½ cup Sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Chili powder
  • ½ teaspoon Garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon Cumin
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine chili powder, garlic powder, cumin, salt, and black pepper.
  2. 2. Rub the halibut fillets with olive oil and coat with the spice mixture.
  3. 3. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook the halibut for 3-4 minutes on each side until cooked through.
  4. 4. Warm the corn tortillas in a separate skillet or microwave.
  5. 5. Assemble the tacos by placing pieces of halibut on each tortilla, then top with shredded cabbage, cilantro, and a dollop of sour cream. Serve with lime wedges.
