Main Ingredients
- 200 g Halloumi cheese sliced
- 1 Cucumber sliced
- 1 Red bell pepper sliced
- 100 g Cherry tomatoes halved
- 50 g Mixed greens
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice freshly squeezed
- 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
- to taste Salt and pepper
1. Heat a grill pan over medium heat.
2. Grill the halloumi slices for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
3. In a mixing bowl, combine cucumber, red bell pepper, cherry tomatoes, and mixed greens.
4. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, dried oregano, salt, and pepper.
5. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
6. Top the salad with grilled halloumi slices and serve immediately.
