Main Ingredients
- 250 g Halloumi cheese cut into cubes
- 1 Red bell pepper cut into chunks
- 1 Yellow bell pepper cut into chunks
- 1 Zucchini cut into thick slices
- 1 Red onion cut into chunks
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper
1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
2. In a large bowl, combine olive oil, oregano, salt, and black pepper.
3. Add halloumi and vegetables to the bowl and toss to coat.
4. Thread halloumi and vegetables onto skewers, alternating between them.
5. Grill skewers for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until vegetables are tender and halloumi is golden.
6. Serve immediately.
