  • 4 eggs
  • 0.25 cup diced ham
  • 0.25 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions 

  1. Beat the eggs in a bowl, season with salt and pepper.
  2. Melt butter in a non-stick pan over medium heat.
  3. Pour in the eggs, let them cook undisturbed for a minute.
  4. Sprinkle ham and cheese over one half of the omelette.
  5. Fold the omelette in half and cook for another minute.
  6. Slide onto a plate and serve hot.
