  • 2 cups diced ham
  • 4 cups diced potatoes
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 3 cups chicken broth
  • 2 cups milk
  • ¼ cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoon butter
  • to taste salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large pot, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and cook until translucent.

  3. 3. Gradually add the chicken broth, stirring constantly until the mixture thickens.
  4. 4. Add the diced potatoes and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer until potatoes are tender, about 15 minutes.
